I believe that leaders can change the world for the better. The leadership development solutions that I design and deliver are profound and practical, enabling leaders to bridge the 'feel it, know it, do it' gap. This work has taken me around the UK, to Europe and across Africa (Ghana, Tanzania, Tunisia, Johannesburg, Eritrea, Zimbabwe), into world-class organisations and those at the grass roots. My biggest contribution, to date, is having developed 1000's of leaders from 100+ organisations based on four continents and in 30+ countries.

My typical clients are senior, board and non-executive leaders who cross the boundaries of expertise, age, culture, sector, industry, spirituality and background. The leaders I work with choose to lead in a conscious, competent, confident and consistent way, to be fulfilled in work and life. When leaders are fulfilled it is more likely that their families, groups, teams, organisations and communities will flourish.
